I was very anxious about making the phone call but from the first person I spoke to, I was made to feel at ease and I was treated as an individual. All the members I spoke to we're sensitive to my circumstances and they were very professional. I was informed of all the available options and I was given adequate information relating to the option that was more effectively suitable to me.
After speaking to the advisers, I immediately felt so much better and was able to have more peace of mind.
