From the moment I filled out the online form and recieved a phone call I was to scared to pick up as I was worried it was people I owed money too once I texted n explained that they supported me through the whole thing. Roger and Chris put all my concerns at the top of the list to get sorted. Chris became my hero for the day. And this morning I woke up remembered my depts r very nearly sorted and instead of having hot sweats wiv worry I managed to go back to sleep. Something Iv not done in 2 years!! I can't thank them enough. I feel free and I'm so grateful.
