I contacted QIS after I realised that I couldn't bury my head in the sand any more over my debt.. I first dealt with Ian, and then with Casey, Both of them are brilliant at their job and put me at ease every step of the way and gave me as much information and help as I needed, and Casey went out of her way to help me, constantly in contact with me, helping me contact creditors etc. Without their friendly nature and reassurance I would probably still be burying my head in the sand..
