This is an honest account of my dealings with Q.I.S as a company, but more importantly my advisor who I worked with from start to finish, Julie Billington. After a poor experience with C.A.B, I felt that was the end of the help I could receive. And if your in the same situation it's constantly on your mind, affecting sleep, and myself medical problems with anxiety. A friend told me to google QIS and just read people's real life feedback on how they helped beyond any expectations. I called that evening. First, the customer service was exceptional, and treated with respect, understanding and problem solving, I had already made up my mind this was the right company for me. Even if your not an expert in technology like myself, Julie gave me options I could understand to send the information she required from me. After a few days all the options were explained that suited my personal case. Once we agreed on my solution I received an email with easy understanding table of contents which included my monthly income, my detailed list of what I paid for, from Rent to Pets, so what you have is a true reflection of where my money was going each month. Julie took away that tight feeling in my chest, my anxiety about what my options were, and in just a few days I feel great and it's all down to my advisor, who said right from the start, she was going to take my case from start to finish and we worked together to come up with a workable, affordable solution based on my income and what I had remaining at the end of the month. Personally she went above and beyond what I was expecting, even after reading the great reviews. She and her colleagues can help change people's lives and they should be rewarded for the hard work they do, treating you with respect and understanding. This is my advice, forget CAB and call Q.I.S and you won't be sorry, it could change your financial problems for the better in just making that initial phone call.
