Contacted Q I S yesterday 16.1.2017. I was then phoned by a very friendly and helpfull lady called Sian she made feel at ease in what was quite an embarrassing situation, i told her about my debts and the affects they were having on me.
24 hrs later everything has been sorted out and a plan is being put in place the future now looks very much bettr.
So that just leaves me to say a very big thank you to Sian for everyting shes done.
