Wanted a particular style of shoe and Q&L had them. I bought a similar pair recently from a local supplier which I am happy with, and the service I received, so they set the bar. But I must say, the service I have received from Q&L has raised that bar. The turnaround from order to feet was very quick, the website is one of the best, and the complimentary shoes trees were unexpected, but a very nice gift. Thank you . A lot of delivery emails (duplicated) but no big deal. 10/10
