Stephanie was recommended to me at the Braintree branch and she didn't disappoint! I can find car dealers quite intimidating as i don't know too much about cars and Steph put my mind at ease. She took all my details and really listened to what i wanted in terms of budget and the style of car i liked, but i had no idea what car i actually wanted.
