I've never bought from a salesroom before; always private sellers and this experience was more than I expected and I would do it again.
The salesman (Rob) was SO accomodating, I hadn't rung ahead but he walked to get the car from their storage place as it wasn't yet at the yard; awaiting a valet (took 10 min) so that I could see it straight away. He was kind, approachable and honest. We noticed some little imperfections with the body work and booked in a test drive. When I returned for the test drive the car had been MOTd, serviced, valeted and the body work imperfections had been dealt with. He was so friendly and easy to talk to and never once pushy. He allowed me time and space to think and never made me feel that I had to make a panicky or hurried decision. He answered questions a second time if I hadn't understood or remembered something and was never impatient towards me. His customer service was outstanding.
I am Autistic so processing time, understanding everything and feeling relaxed and that salespeople are honest to me are vital for me to make such a big purchase, hence I've never bought a car from a company before. I was not expecting it to be such a pleasant experience and really thought I'd end up walking out, annoyed and frustrated by a pushy person but I liked the car and wanted to give it a try; I am so glad I did. I also had the added reassurance of the 3 month warranty which a private seller wouldn't have been able to offer. I would def buy from a salesroom again.
