A very positive experience from start to finish. Richard sold me an excellent car at a good price and offered me a very fair part exchange value for my car. His communication from initial enquiry to driving away with my new car was very polite, clear and straightforward. On my visit to pick up the car, Richard answered all my questions clearly and went through the documentation required quickly and with a minimum of fuss.
