I must say that the Braintree branch has excelled itself in customer service. Richard Cowan is the most helpful considerate guy and has rush to my need everyime something has gone wrong. The service guy has also been amazing. My new car the fuel gage wasn't working the hire car from Europa were very disappointing service and while I waited for it to actually arrive Quest gave me one of there cars. They are trustworthy and reliable and I would not go to anyone else now. I rate them 100% and would like to thank all the people who work there for there kindness efficiencies and help which has been brilliant now for 4 yrs thank you Guys and lasses
