I purchased my car fromt Quest, at the same time I also purchased thier service plan. No regrets in doing this, it means when my service is due I don't need to worry about the costs, especially with inflation. I also get my MOT at a better rate with this plan.
The team at Quest are great, from sales to service.
I recently also needed to speak to the accounts department, and they couldn't have been more helpful.
