I was waiting for a call to say vehicle is ready so phoned several times but answer I left message
But still no call . So decided to go to the garage with my son driving as it is 17 miles .
Waited for 15 minutes to be told they are waiting for the invoice. By the time I was seated it was after 5pm and staff was leaving. I asked the gentleman why no one had called me, he's replied the system had gone . I replied if I hadn't used my
Initiative I would not have my van till tomorrow.
Unfortunately I won't be using the garage again and won't recommend it either.
