Felt comfortable attending the garage as a young woman, however due to some miscommunication my bill at the end of my service and MOT was almost £60 more than I was told over the phone. They’d done an oil change which I hadn’t been advised was happening at this time.
They also told me they had washed my car when I went to collect it, but upon getting to my car it was not however I was in a rush to get back so didn’t return inside to say.
I will say that the gentleman I was dealing with was very nice and did explain the breakdown of the invoice to me so I knew what I was paying for, I was just a little disappointed I hadn’t been told the oil change was being added when I spoke to someone during the day. I was told on the phone the only payment due at the end would be around 50/60 for a replacement indicator bulb to pass the MOT.
