Fantastic, friendly staff. We were kept up to date on the process of the car continuously by Rob. Everyone was fantastic with helping keep our daughter occupied while we did all the boring stuff, she loves quest motors and can't wait to go back and visit everyone. The environment was clean and tidy, with a comfortable seating area. Tea and coffee was available at all times. Mostly, I loved that I didn't feel like I was being sold a car by a salesman, my wife and I felt like we were being helped to choose the right car for our family and our needs.
