We gave Richard Cowan a big "wish-list" for our daughter's requested non-franchise BMW 1-series. Richard always does a fantastic job and on this occasion he did not meet our the list, he way surpassed it in every way possible. The car supplied was perfect and confirms that Richard and the Quest team have once again supplied us with an excellent cars that is not a franchise vehicle. Absolutely no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Richard!
