On this occasion we were buying a car for our sons 18th birthday and after finding one on the website and putting down a deposit, we were promptly called and arranged a meeting to discuss part exchange and keeping this a surprise from our son. Russell has been very helpful, going beyond what we expected and making it a special surprise for our son, great communication, helpful and no pushy sales, fair price on exchange, great car, would certainly recommend.
