As a service delivery manager myself, I am probably one of the worst customers for some people, I know first hand how important customer experience is. I look for exceptional service & when I find it I will always return to that business. We have certainly found our experiences at Quest exceptional ! Ollie has always kept us informed, we never felt pressured to buy, Ollie has always been welcoming & nothing is ever to much trouble, what a great person & company to do business with, I have just returned to Quest this week to buy our second Land Rover Evouque in 12 months & our son bought one from Quest also this year. I can not recommend Ollie & Quest highly enough I can honestly say it was a pleasure to do business with them.
