We have had our Vitara a week. Everything was 5 star regarding the initial communication, test drive, part exchange and collection of the Vitara with sale's exec Andrew Frost. He is one of the most helpful sales people I have dealt with. He made my wife and myself very welcome and was most informative all the way through. The only downside was the hard sell from another Quest employee regarding paint and upholstery treatment. He did not want to take no for an answer. If it had not been for Andrew's profesionalism I would have marked them down to 4 stars.
