Nigel, is an excellent manager of his team and we were very happy with the way he handled our move. Also his polite and friendly manner. He handled the challenge of insufficient moving vehicles/trailer very well . The office slotted another move in our time slot, so I don't know if this was the reason why he did not have at least a trailer at his disposal.
Management would do well to provide him with big enough transport next time.
PS. Nigel your fridge shelves are still with me.
