I was happy the movers moved my furniture reasonably well to my new home. One or two items has some dents there and there but nothing unusual. However I was surprised to find that the movers only did one trip and left some items at my previous home. Apparently time was an issue. This was a surprise to me as the movers arrived late, after 09:00. I had to pick these items up my self ,these required two trips in my small car. I am also disappointed that unpacking was not part of the process. I recommend this should at least be communicated to your future costumers. I had to spend the whole weekend unpacking. I also did not receive a courtesy call to establish how things went.
