Placed an order on laybuy for a phone repair.have been waiting 3 weeks for them to send me a return envelope to enable them to fix my phone but nothing has arrived.
I’ve sent numerous emails and have had no replies the last when they said they would refund me in 2 weeks being 2 weeks ago.
Still waiting for my refund and doubt I’ll ever see the money again.
Avoid this company.
Fraudsters and thieves.
