Ordered an item in October as a Christmas present and it doesn't fit. The company don't offer exchanges and refusing refund. Went off sizing chart but item is too small. Now I have spent £25 on a brand new item that is useless!! Really annoyed. I wouldn't order from them ever again and would not recommend them either.
