All I wanted was an online quote / estimate. Instead I got phone calls from an advisor. When I said I didn't want to proceed, I then got a phone call from his manager. He implied that I had wasted their time by not going forward with the online process.
During the phone call, I received an email from AVIVA with a letter authorising release of medical records with an e signature. Something that I never authorised or agreed to.
It's just a hard sell.
