The process was simple although the result was not was I anticipated. I was expecting an online quote comparison, due to the product being life insurance, an individual product, the quotes were given through a broker via telephone. As this a lengthy procedure I only dealt with one broker, therefore, I don't know if another broker could have offered me a better product/price. Ultimately, I was happy with the broker service I received.
