I was happy with the service from your representative as it was indepth as needed. However, and this is a complaint but not about your representative Tom at all. I was slightly annoyed at the fact myself and Tom struggled with conversation during our call. As I said to Tom, life insurance is a very important matter to discuss and when your having this conversation and can't hear over the top of numerous people also talking in the same room, I certainly think this is unacceptable, it definately needs to be sorted out. Should I have given a wrong answer during that conversation and tried to make a claim or one of my daughters upon my death,, you could possibly decline payment because of a wrong answer due to not being able to hear the original conversation properly.
