The Insurance Nurse confirmed an appointment at our home after working hours and everything was sorted quickly. Once we were accepted by the insurance company, the agent was very helpful and gave me the various quote options I was interested in in good time, and explained everything clearly. We are now insured at the premium and cover we wanted. The only downside for us was the waiting time from application to acceptance, as we had to have the medical screening before we could go ahead with the policy.
