I have never sent back a parcel before to a supplier using a courier but this company (parceltogo) made it so easy. They gave clear instructions about packing etc. Also a label to print off with ref numbers . the package was soon collected from my house and I was notified as soon as the package arrived to my supplier. I will not hesitate to use this company in the future!!
