The web page was easy to use & yes I did get phone calls, the people on the other end of the phone were polite & had a good understanding of insurance policies, I would not call these phone calls 'hard sell' because I didn't find them intimidating in the least, they each gave me a quote for which I thanked them & said goodbye - if some people find them to be hard sell, learn to say thank-you & goodbye. An on-line quote would have been wonderful but the details necessary for an accurate quotation would have taken up several more pages & I for one would have given up before the end.
