Very nice to receive an email advising that my renewal is due. Within 30 seconds of completing the on line form I received 2 phone calls from different insurance companies. All of that is excellent. The downfall is that neither of the companies can quote me as my renewal is not due until 25th September, more than 30 days hence. Perhaps a good idea would be to send the email within the 30 day renewal period.
