The idea is a good one but the actual process employed just isn't customer friendly. First - it isn't clear on the email from Quote Searcher that it is not they who will be providing a quote but that they pass details on to several companies. It then becomes a fight to see who can be quickest to phone you up.
What was then annoying is that you are spoken to by someone who then sends all your info onto someone else. My problem has been that no one can give me a quote as it's not within a month of my renewal date.
