Dear Quotex Team, i am a Verified customer(used to be) to taking my verification all the sudden and unable to withdraw because i’m not verified anymore and they told me to send my passport with me in it and a paper written on it Quotex and the current date which i did after all that they told me it’s not available in your region without any refunds it happened to a lot of people. i contacted their support they say messages will be ignored! I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding recent issues with my account and the services provided by Quotex. I have observed that my account's verification status has been revoked, and despite previous verification and assurance of availability in Canada, I am now unable to access the platform. Additionally, I am troubled by the reported visibility into my account and financial details. To maintain trust and uphold a positive reputation, I kindly request a prompt refund of my funds. I believe transparency and clear communication regarding the unavailability of the platform in my country would have been preferable to the current situation.
