Terrible Experience – Deposit Not Credited, No Support Response
I made a deposit to my Quotex account, and the money was successfully withdrawn from my bank card. However, the funds never appeared in my Quotex balance. The transaction is marked as unsuccessful on their platform, despite being processed on my end.
I contacted customer support and provided all necessary screenshots as proof, but received no response at all. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before depositing money here.
