A slight miss-hap with the delivery date. But during enquiries the staff were very polite and apologetic. The tiles arrive undamaged and prompt after the original miss-hap. A most competitive price and tile quality second to none. I will be returning - once the wife decides what she wants done next!! Thanks to all .
