The customer service was the best ever. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and explained their progress in making my heirloom handbag. when I phoned and talked to the representative, she gave me sound advice on which product was best suited for my daughter. The handbag is fantastic, looks great and encompasses everything that I asked for. I'm sure my adult daughter will enjoy it for years to come as a remebrance of her dad's time in the Army.
