The service received was exceptional. I was extremely impressed with the fast shipment and quality of the bag. My only comment is this.....I ordered the Purple Heart commemorative bag for my daughter in law for a Christmas gift since my son (her husband) is a purple heart recipient, although the handbag is beautiful and of high quality, I wish there would of been something stitched on the bag to indicate the purple heart significance, which would make the bag all that more special.
