Thank you for your inquiry. I regret to inform you that although I loved this bag, the “she’s the veteran” emblem has begun to peel after mere days of using it. I am always cautious not to put my bag on the floor, and I protect it from the elements, and yet the damage seems it would have occurred spontaneously no matter how well I safeguarded the bag. I was just later to purchase this, although the price was substantial, to support “she’s the veteran.” I can’t lie about my disappointment!
