Very good quality items. Timely shipping. I love supporting the spouses of military families who make items in the US. I can only comment on the 3 purses that I've bought (Hobby, Otto, and Marcy), but I wish these had more/bigger inside pockets. Women have A LOT of stuff (some necessary, some not!). There aren't enough inside pockets and they aren't big enough to keep very many things in. I end up using separate pouches to put my stuff in and I put those pouches in the purse, which makes for a bulkier and heavier bag.
