I would rate it 3.5 if I could. I had a very polite interaction with customer service, although they remained committed to not helping me get some of the matching nylon webbing to create an extension on their Augusta (big-chested women should steer clear of this item in their product line and also for getting any real help that isn't in the prepared script).
