Awful customer service. Chats automated so ultimately unhelpful. Only human I dealt with only complained about her job. Charged (received) for item I didn’t want (fannypack) because human said it came with free shipping (not free). Address wrong 5’x after submitting written and verbal same. Courier finally made their best guess several days later with the wrong address on the label. Would not recommend ordering to my auxiliary sisters.
