R. Riveter is a great company to support. Not only is their mission to support military families outstanding, but so is their customer service. I purchased the Betsy (which is a great purse if you want something smaller,) but need to rexchange it for a different style. The support I received was above what I expected, and the ease of the exchange was easy. I will shop from them again in the future.
