The response of customer service by email was prompt and done very respectfully. I appreciated this tone because u have many of your bags and have had been satisfied with all of the until I got the new Sally bag. The only problem I had was trying to determine how to handle an exchange and not just a return. The instructions on the website are confusing. My decision was ignore the instructions and send an email to customer service. They sent me a mailing label so that I could return my defective bag.
