I’m really disappointed with the response I received from R.Riveter. While they acknowledged my dissatisfaction, they seemed more focused on defending the design rather than addressing my concerns. I ordered 3 heirloom pouches to reflect my husband's Army and police service. I sent them plenty of fabric and patches. The pouches I ordered had patches in awkward placements, and the vendor claimed it was part of the "creative design" to make them unique, but it just felt like poor craftsmanship. The seams and patches were crooked. Beware if you order a heirloom product. Unfortunately, there was no offer of a solution or even an attempt to make things right. I expected better customer service and quality control.
