The repair was done well. However I was dissappointed that they could not find my proof of purchase and I had to pay for the repair. I don't know where else I would have purchased it. Also, I was told by a friend of mine that when they do the repairs they also clean the purse. It was not cleaned although no one at the store said this would be done. It would have been a nice touch though.
