Overall I'm happy with my purchase. I love my Everyday Backpack for work and recently took it on a camping trip to hold all of our medicine and first aid essentials. I also really like my Sally Crossbody. It's the perfect size for me and the pockets are placed in perfectly convenient areas. I ordered a mini Lucy because I wanted something with the RR stamps on it, and it advertised this on the website. I received one with the basic logo on the front and when I reached out to Customer Service I was told that they changed it, but hadn't updated the website. I definitely feel like that was false advertisement, but I kept it because I like having a small bag to hold my small goods in my purse.
