I love R Riveter bags and have bought them for many years. I recently bought mugs and wine glasses from Sean and Sam and it was fulfilled by R Riveter. There must be a lack of communication with Sean and Sam because I never would of received my items without many emails. R Riveter customer service was great but Sam and Sea was not and although their products are beautiful I probably won't order from them again or recommend them. Again their products are very well done but the process to get them was extremely frustrating.
