The ladies that work in the shop are always professional and kind! My husband and I had a handbag crafted for our daughter there, which turned out wonderful! I have points to use, which are sooo hard to accumulate! The last time I was in the shop, I was unable to use my military discount and/or my points, on an item I purchased, because it was on clearance. I find that to be very frustrating! I earned those points and don’t believe it should matter when I choose to use them! My points don’t even amount to $2! The store can’t be hurting so much they are unwilling to allow me to cash in my measly $1 and some change points, or even use my military discount! My husband served almost 25 years in the military and deployed 12 times! I feel like the store is being very petty!
