I went to several companies and computer specialists to be told that my hard drive was totally shot and unrecoverable. Within hours they securely collected my hard drive, and within a matter of days, all the files that I thought were gone forever (precious photo's, graphic design work, word files and original music files etc.) were recovered, transferred onto an external drive and delivered securely back to me.
