The service was amazing. They collected my hard drive.. responded within a few hours for any queries. Very knowledgeable and guided me with the process and sent back the drive with data as soon as they had retrieved it. My hard drive had photos of my children from when they were born and was extremely sentimental. I would recommend R3 to anyone in my situation.
