My Mac book wouldn't boot and had 6 years of work on, I was told by local firm it was a fault in the hard drive and it won't let you just copy the data. I found R3 on a Google search and I spoke with Andy who clearly knows his game, I sent my laptop off in hope and was praying for all my documents, 4 days later I get the most amazing news they managed a full recovery of all my files.
