After some deliberation and trying to manage without files caused by an external disk "freeze" on me I contacted R3 regarding recovery. Their pick and delivery was very prompt and they recovered all the data/information that I thought was lost. The data they recovered took longer than expected to load on to a disk but all was well and I can honestly say that (although I would have liked to avoid the cost) the job was well done and I was fully satisfied. Although I hope I will not have to use them again I have confidence in R3 and would not hesitate in using them again. Well done and thank you. AMM June 2015
